      Pros

      - Very cool people to hang out with - Fashion is a priority and it shows. People dress well - M3 macs for devs

      Cons

      It's not serious about engineering at all. If you're someone hoping to learn something then this startup is not for you. The leadership has very little idea about technology and test case writing is actively discouraged. It's been 2 years since founding and they only have a basic broken production environment that they just keep patching. The code is so bad you might throw up. 10,000 lines of python code lines and tab indents. 0 code organisation. An attitude where if you want to fix this on your personal time it's actively discouraged and a very let it go attitude. I'm so about chilling but c'mon. They have already deleted their Glassdoor page once to remove old reviews and the new ones of 5 star are from current employees so take it with a pinch of salt
