-the company is really small and that makes it difficult to step away from work. in a sense your always "on" and because of that work/life balance is tough. You have really flexible work hours which is great but the trade off is you have to be available if noone else can cover for you. honestly more hiring would be appreciated.
-leadership sometimes struggles to commit to priorities and then there are too many. It would nice to see the executive team align and commit on priorities vs pivoting as frequently as they do but they do their best to communicate why pivots happen. I also think more hiring would help with this too. we need more people for the level of ambition the company has.
