      Pros

      There really are none. I worked there because it was a convenient location and used to have some friends there.

      Cons

      Everything about it. The management is trying to milk every last penny out of that dying cow before it closes up shop. That means everyone does the job of at least 2 people, 3 if you're pretty competent so that they don't have to staff adequately and pay additional salaries. It is a thankless, soul stealing, inept company run by some of the shadiest people you will ever meet. Questionable practices aside, this company is a dinosaur that refuses to evolve. They may be able to claim growth but so did blockbuster when they were the last of a dying breed and where are they now? This company offers outdated solutions to satisfy a dwindling need. If you literally have no other options and are vehemently against collecting unemployment then by all means, go work there but don't complain about it if you've read the reviews on here...you knew it was going to be horrible.

      Poorly run company from the top down. A very narrow minded, greedy and arrogant leadership team. Company only exists thanks to a big customer or two. The treatment of all but a few employees is poor and the advancement opportunities especially for women and minorities is close to none existent. They are a dinosaur in an industry that is rapidly approaching extinction. If you want to be an unappreciated rat on this sinking ship be my guest but don't say you weren't warned.

      Pros

      My experience at Wittenbach was extremely positive and it is very troublesome to read many of the reviews on this site. I worked closely with management in my position and I found them to be some of the most competent and intelligent people that I’ve come across in all of my years of work. The years that I spent learning under Wittenbach’s controller are some of the best spent of my working career. Yes, you have to work hard but the hard work is rewarded. The culture at Wittenbach is incredible. I have made lifelong friends. Employees hang out on the weekends and after work because they actually like each other. The office is decorated for the holidays. The owner knows everyone’s name. There is something to be said for that in today’s age.

      Cons

      One of the challenges that Wittenbach did face during my time there was being a small company trying to evolve into a large company but they had a plan and were hiring the right people with experience to help them with this transition. Change is always hard but Wittenbach seemed to be set up for success.
