Managers at this company act like kings of their own little kingdoms, creating a toxic atmosphere of mobbing and intimidation. There is a clear lack of competence, unwillingness to pay fairly, and overall mismanagement. All the worst-case scenarios you can imagine in a workplace seem to exist here. The HR department appears to work only for the benefit of the managers and has remained unchanged for years. In my opinion, this is not a place worth working at. From the outside, the company may look corporate and professional, but once you're inside, you quickly regret joining.
