      Company pretends that they care about their employees

      Cons

      Srong no-remote/ 5 days office policy Massive layoffs Years without salary review, because "we don't have budget" even though performance and professional growth is great (according to the TL) If you are not lucky with a project: no work-life balance, they will squeeze you out If you are lucky , you will be layed-off 😅 because they can force one emlployee do work of 3.

      Pros

      Wix is a massive company, built of many small companies and guilds where you can always find a place to grow and be yourself (your best self). The benefits are amazing, the coworkers are even better.

      Cons

      Sometimes the market changes faster or in a more unexpected way than anticipated and this happened, leaving Wix no choice but to lay off 20% of its workforce. That was my biggest con.
