Pros

-Sleek office design **don’t be seduced by the glossy exterior when company culture is rotting from the inside out -Ability to work alongside some brilliant, creative people who help you gain perspective and think differently -Ability to learn about exploitation, the tech landscape as a whole, and how the Silicon Valley works Don’t be fooled by these Silicon Valley terms: “perks” and “growth.” Growth isn’t always good. Perks aren’t either. It depends on who they stand to benefit. Here’s my two sense: you’ll feel pretty burned out by the end of your tenure here, and you can surely burn out literally ANYWHERE else, so why here?

Cons

-Toxic, entitled leadership team that exploits employees and uses fear as a tactic even though it’s [mostly] ineffective -leadership team that pretends to know what it’s doing but has no idea how to create useful and meaningful products or compete in the global marketplace -ask them how many department heads and executive leaders have left in the last 18 months -rampant sexism, cliquey behavior, bullying and demeaning behavior that is not only tolerated but perpetuated by management -lacks effective internal communication strategies that are necessary for cohesion and effective collaboration across offices and countries -boundless entitlement and vanity

Pros

Good benefits Free meals Good for recent graduates who want to have fun and extend their campus life vibe for a few years.

Cons

If you are one of the few who knows how to actually do things, they'll overwork you. Most managers are inexperienced and have no previous experience or skills on team management, the managerial positions are awarded for personal relationships and no actual merits or skills. There are no clear career paths. They promise you one to motivate you into being overworked with no complains, but when they burn you out you realize there wasn't actually one. The company is striving so hard for profitability, that they're sacrificing everything else for the money. Wizeline has become the company where millennials go to have fun, while pretending to work. The company continuously brags about having an awesome culture, but in fact, there is no actual culture, there are some great benefits that people mistake for culture, and several cliques inside the company that think their behavior is the culture, but there is no overall feeling of unity among the company or the teams.

Pros

Beautiful Offices, catering and gym.

Cons

- Salary adjustments or promotions are a total joke, there are folks that received 0% salary increase after their promotion. - The new CEO basically killed all of the internal projects, there's nothing to do and learn inside of Wizeline. - There are no managers, forget about management career ladder here. - Leadership is totally incompetent, attrition rates are soaring and they are letting people go that are assigned to a project, hurting the morale, mental health of the survivors and their reputation with clients - Higher management only hire ex-Globant, with the worse manners, lack of empathy and cringe-worthy ChatGPT boilerplate answers for everything. - No one is safe, even if you are assigned to a project, if you dare to question the stupid decisions from the executives you're out, even if you propose new things to improve the company. - ALL of the employees need to wake up everyday with job insecurity, affecting commitment and productivity. - Andres Angelani (the new CEO) only came to bury down below this company, with lack of transparency and leadership - All of the mindboggling bad decisions of the executives are just plain 'CORPORATE GREED'.
