I have a finance degree, and I loved being able to play with their investment software, and getting paid for it. It was a pretty laid back atmosphere, and I really enjoyed teaching the software to new-comers.
Cons
While I was working there, they were purchased by a brokerage company named MBTrading. The entire culture of the company changed. We had to dress up more, no blue jeans. People started getting laid-off left and right, including me.
Opportunity for advancement. Great atmosphere where employees are respected. Great benefits but unfortunately progressively got worse overtime when it was sold and bought multiple times.
Cons
Compensation didn't correlated with job duties. CEO, CTO and HR were respectively incompetent in their roles causing a horrible experience for their customers which in turn affects the employees.
