      Pros

      Good technical capabilities. Oversea trip is a joke.

      Cons

      Bad & toxic culture. Throne by the management, whom likes to throw stuff at you, without any good handover. Bonus is depends on the company performance, but never disclose the number & set a very ridiculous target. It is set to fail.

      No over time is required.

      Cons

      No bonus, no increments.. High turnover Rate- more then 10yrs old company, the most senior person is less then 2yrs. Employee aren’t adequately acknowledged and rewarded. Using threatening, confrontation methods to push sales persons work. Poor sales insensitive, CEO also do sales. Salesperson need to do Marketing job & payment collection etc..
