Cons
Turnover is rapidly increasing in the office positions for good reasons that continue to be overlooked. This is a work environment where it is expected that you dedicate your life to the job and live to work not work to live. Work life balance is not viewed upon highly and the mentality at this company is the more hours you give the more well liked you are. There are a lot of other places locally to work in the same industry that have better reputations and a lot less open positions on their careers page.
