Cons

No raises, no promotions, no motivation. Overwhelms staff and then is surprised when they leave. Lack of self awareness. A lot of awkward personalities.

Projects are decent. They have an unbelievably good network with landlords. They have record CAD files from almost any building in Greater Los Angeles. They pay high to try to get people in the door.

Cons

Completely unprofessional management. Party culture, inappropriate behavior. Classless.
