Pros
The best part about working here is we are literally across the street from the courthouse and train station. Plus, we get to park inside, there's a restaurant in the lobby and a gym. The environment is pretty laid back and we can work from home if need be.
Cons
Since the salary is not all that stellar there is big motivation to earn bonuses, so we pretty much work 10-12 hour daily and weekends are often spent working. Plus there are additional bonuses "just because" and that makes people with certain personalities to get very competitive in a "not so healthy" fashion. It's nothing major if you prefer to work alone, but if you like team work then this is not the place for you. Everybody just does their own thing.
