Pros
Work experience is about the only thing you can get here, but even then they barely want to give you any work to build on your career.
Cons
Horrible managment, if you make HR reports they team you. One person doesn't want to give you helpful information and the rest of management reduce your hours. They don't give any training, the work that's done on there is work for the project, they just ask you to bill to training. Billing rate starts at 25%, not 100%. Not recommended for early engineers, they expect you to run back to them after you leave the firm.
