The truth of Women

Pros

I'm no longer part of this organization

Cons

After speaking with some of Ari’s employees and past Founders I discovered the harsh reality of the scam they are running and the factual situations leading to high turnover and a class action lawsuit against them for not paying employees. Can anyone tell me the real story here? The business has been collecting money from students/founders for three years, and it is not a small amount. Around 10-20,000 per candidate. I have spoken to numerous employees that worked at WSLAB, and there are more Past employees than actual ones, all with the same story that the were never paid and promised a lot. Then after they became exhausted from Air’s negative brutal treatment they quit and Ari, not only refused to pay them but bashed them and talk everyone horrible things. Did you know her original co-founder left WSLab too due to her abusive behavior. There has been over 25 employees in the last few months that quit. Is anyone looking into the fact WSLab could have helped women, but instead they have made all women look like fools. Shame on you! And shame on Silicon Valley for supporting this fraudulent activity and scamming women founders. The truth will come out, just wait for the pending class action lawsuit. There is power in numbers and there is a large number of past employees that have not been paid by WSLab.

Pros

Worked with some of the brightest minds in Silicon Valley. Learned how to hustle and marketing from CEO.

Cons

CEO is high strung, unorganized and lacks leadership. Expectations were extremely high for the compensation received. I was also promised stock and was never given it. Team was lazy and were not tech savvy.

Pros

Worthy mission. Intelligent, experienced and influential network of startup advisors. Inspiring customers aka female founders. There are a lot of amazing individuals who believe in the (constantly changing) mission and vision of the company and are willing to offer their time/knowledge to help you succeed.

Cons

No established management. Scattered business plan and model. No employee support or proper compensation/benefits. Highly demanding, inexperienced CEO.
