The providers in the office were wonderful and provided great patient care despite the toxic environment created by upper management.
Cons
Everything! If you enjoy being talked down to, yelled at, talked about behind your back by management, being watch on cameras, endless new tasks and responsibilities without pay raises then you might enjoy this job. Crying daily is a constant in the office because of how management treats employees. The turnover rate is alarming. This will never be a good company to work for because they enjoy treating employees poorly. RUN!
