      Environment can be stressful and the topics are heavy. If not used to the dynamics of domestic violence it could be overwhelming.

      This is a wonderful organization that supports survivors of intimate partner violence. The work they do and many of the employees of the organization are amazing.

      Cons

      Womenspace has a history of negative culture for staff. Good employees often leave or feel disempowered. There is lots of gossip and negative behaviors.
