One of the biggest issues I’ve faced at WonComp is the irregularity of salary payments. With no fixed payday, it’s hard to plan finances or feel secure about income. Each month, I’m left wondering when the salary will actually come through. It’s disappointing that such a basic expectation isn’t met here, and it adds unnecessary stress to everyday life.
