I am considered a newbie in this industry when I first joined the company, but I can see that I've improved a lot due to the training & knowledge input by the management from time to time. The bosses are like your friend, they will work together with you, solve problems with you, not just ordering you to do this and that. You will be happy too when you see colleagues fighting together with you for the company's good sake.
Cons
Very fast-paced. I wouldn't say it's a challenge, but you must work hard and give your best to ensure your job quality is up to standard. If you like comfort zone, this is definitely not the place for you. If you wanna keep yourself better everyday, welcome to join.
