Management is a joke. Overworked with less pay and less worker. No PPE provided. Go into flower rooms with powder mildew and bud rot. Sometimes temperature will be hit and humid with no one cares about you. They have hallway teams that are scared to go into rooms with powder mildew or bud rot. Will fire you if you want to join the union. Some people in cultivation think they are better than one another. Employees will go and talk behind each other back and try to steal one another position. Will lay you off with no notice and no severance pay even if you been with them for 3 years. Also high turn around. Managers are all liers.

Management is TERRIBLE. Nepotism is strong here. The former and current cultivation managers are a joke. The don't know jack about growing, just got the position by brown nosing. They also treat you like crap until you're so stressed and miserable that you quit or get fired.
