Pros
Wonderful client list with innovative projects to work on. Management team is smart and takes care of the staff, coolest office space ever and everyone works as a team. Highly recommend working here!
Cons
There are very high expectations working at the Wonderfactory since their entire staff at every level is very senior and hands on. You have to be a self starter to be successful especially since the teams aren't bloated like other agencies. The founders are hands on and not just figure heads - which is a positive attribute. .. can't really think of any true cons
