      Young people. Small company. Lunches.

      Very immature team including management. Everything is not organised. Developers are really juniors without any culture and understanding of the processes.

      Good lunches. Nice office. Good location.

      Cons

      If you're not in MT, your opinion doesn't really count, the management if very confident in their own's opinions. A typical example of group think. The founders (not the dev guy) say 'please challenge the status quo' and 'there is room for everyone's initiative if you have good idea's and enthusiasm', but there really isn't.
