Pros

Thanks to Wonderlabs, I can experience things I never imagined. Things that I can only watch in the movies before. Which are: To be buried in profanity words launched at you in front of all of your co-workers, which also cured my disease of "not being able to cry like a baby" since I was a baby. How lucky am I? I can work with my utmost sincerity, not hoping to be paid, since there is no guarantee that I will be paid anyway. Thanks to Wonderlabs also, I am in my utmost prime condition ever. I cannot be sick. However sick I am, I have to forget that I'm sick, and work anyway. For months, I never get sick (yay) And not to forget, I'm a sucker for a drama with tragic story. Being able to witness it myself everyday is an amazing experience I could never forget. 10/10 would work here till I die.

Cons

If you feel happiness, bonuses, promises, and work ethics are overrated. You might wanna think to enter the company more than twice since those things exist in Wonderlabs (in parallel universe). If, somehow, after reading all this you still want to give a go at Wonderlabs, please do check whether if: 1. Are you model T-1000? 2. Are you involved as any part of Skynet's Terminator? If not then you might as well: 1. Join Skynet 2. Be a terminator 3. Go to the past 4. Jump to the furnace 5. Don't forget to do the thumbs up

For the love of God, do NOT work here

Pros

If you enjoy watching someone use mediocre NLP skills on unsuspecting innocents purely in order to induce self-destruction and mutual backstabbing, you have definitely come to the right place. Best place for schadenfreude ever. Since you will receive no guidance whatsoever, you will definitely learn if you are really a self starter within two weeks on the job. If you manage to quit before you are fired you have won at life and will probably feel empowered to accomplish anything. Due to the unbelievably high turnover rate, if you're breathing and speak English you'll probably get a job.

Cons

It's quite possible that you will witness someone truly losing it there. Unless you enjoy that sort of thing, it's hard to believe that you would be happy at Wonderlabs. Bonuses and advancement potential exist only in theory. You will quit or be fired long before they don't fulfill any promises. You might be asked to do something that compromises your ethics, if you have any. So don't work there if that's not your thing. The firm doesn't do right by clients by the way. But the clients will be the least of your concerns if you work here.

Cons

In the employee handbook, there is bonuses per 6 months based on performance but the fact is no bonuses.
