      * Basically your own boss

      Cons

      * Pay wasn't great * Very little benefits, and not good * Management cares more about their product than their employees. * No opportunity for advancement * Nepotism * Low wage for hours worked * Required to eat meals while still driving

      Pros

      Fun, simple job, no inside seeating, having such nice customers a lot of them regulars, great bosses

      Cons

      Not full time, no benefits, pay isn't great, but it's not a difficult job, if you don't like mornings it not awesome, but you get off pretty early that way.
