      Pros

      The hours during the down season are great, the management recognizes good work and dedication, help with insurance and paid vacation and holidays

      Cons

      Really hot during summer and really cold during winter. The hours during busy season are a bit to much.

      No pros at all, sweetie!

      Cons

      Long hours with no breaks (from 8 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.). Asked for experience then didn’t let people use their experience. Management sucks big time, and they only care about making money rather than caring about their employees. Laid me off a week before I reached 90 days so they didn’t have to supply company benefits or health insurance & laid off Head of HR two weeks later because she stood up for me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
