Pros

- I made some good friends. - I was given the opportunity to work with a lot of great people. I made friends at work that I was able to communicate and hang out with inside and outside of work.

Cons

- Insecure losers are in management - My ex-boss was the definition of an insecure loser. I bet there's not a single person at that company who would say their interaction with her was positive. No one likes her, and if they say they do they're lying. Because people end up fired who hurt her feelings. The last thing she said to me on the day she let me go was "I'm hurt by this, my family is disappointed in you, and even my daughter is disappointed in you." That seems a little personal to me. Especially after I looked her in the face and apologized. Of course she didn't forgive me or anything, it's a good thing she doesn't claim to be a Christian. - I would say her name but she's probably lawyered up lol. I would say if you could look her up on Facebook you'd know exactly what I'm talking about, they always look like that. - no career path - 10 years working with W&C and I had no career path. All of my peers are in management positions, running projects, and doing cool stuff while I have the same title and job description that I got back in 2016. They said they were going to work on it, but I didn't see anything. No wonder I was feeling burnout. - pay is low - go look at any other review. This one is the most brought up con. - big corp truly doesn't care about you - You guys think it's scary to take a risk to work for yourself. It is. But you have to admit, putting your career in the hands of a company that will easily replace you is a bigger risk. If you're reading this, it's your sign to quit your job! I was let go with no warning, no one to vouch for me, no second chances. Don't even give them your two weeks! - my manager was kinda racist - In addition to having the biggest psycho as my manager for so long, I wrote down a bunch of stuff that she said and did over the years that could definitely be taken as racist. Which wasn't cool. Especially because I'm not white. - employee culture isn't real - I feel like if a company is constantly saying "we put the employees first," is that even true? Shouldn't that just speak for itself? W&C spends so much time and money into these campaigns on why they're an employee first company. Come on. Get real.
