Pros

Plenty of work to keep busy Discounts on vehicles and service Good managers at certain locations/departments

Cons

They don't pay people enough and lose good employees after years with the company. No paid sick leave, it's just pto.

If you need to leave for a family emergency, management can be flexible. Uncapped commission.

Cons

Work/Life Balance leaves a lot to be desired. Management’s goals always change with no clear direction.

Good employee appreciation as far as Christmas time goes. They send all employees a box of high quality meat cuts. Pay is pretty decent.

Some aspects of the business seem unprofessional/poorly managed.
