      • Good incentives - although there’s a bad drug culture • Great employees • Commission is good • Good work life balance

      • Too many changes and no real focus on markets • Following leaving the business, the owner (Dan) was very abusive and unreasonable • Refused to pay owed commission • Unprofessional when leaving and spread incorrect rumours • Bad drug culture in the business
