      Pros

      An average place to work. A pro is definitely the smaller scale of the company, which keeps the reporting structure simple and manageable rather than overwhelming.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance and slow PTO accrual for anyone with less than 5 years of tenure. Despite being a smaller company, it frequently feels micromanaged by the home office staff. Holiday pay is also minimal with only 9 paid days off a year.
