      Excellent learning experience as a first-time front desk job. The manager is friendly and flexible with your schedule. There is room for growth at this company.

      Cons

      Training and learning are not on point; you will be rushed to learn. HR is only one person, so getting the assistance you need for certain HR situations is hard. Pay is capped at $17 for this position. Owner wants you to help his side business.
