      Great coworkers, but management lacks support

      Coworkers were amazing, it’s a smaller hospital so parking wasn’t bad

      Cons

      Pay was not competitive for the area, Human Resources VP is rude and unhelpful if any HR questions or concerns arise, department director did not advocate for the staff, management seems to stick together at the expense of regular staff, long hours at times
