Pros
For the group classes, they already have the material, so you just need to review it and be ready for the class. What I like the most is that they are very organized and well structured. I have worked with other Spanish Schools and this is something I don't see in them. Other things that I love is that they have like a teacher "in charge of" the other teachers, to follow up how we're doing and also how are we feeling, this is a plus, 'cause in some schools you could feel like observed in a negative way, but how they do it is very good for you professional development. I have learnt a lot here: to be more organized and structured with my classes and formalities with emails. Tara (the owner) y Adriana ("the representative of the teachers" are very kind and have helped me a lot.
Cons
I don't find any cons, the only one maybe is that you don't get so many hours to cover like a shift but is not necessary, You have the opportunity to have another job while working with them
