Interesting product for workforce management. Very smart, cooperative, congenial colleagues.

Recent Sales Director retired, so they need a new dynamite Director.

Pleasant enough environment and some very dedicated employees. You have the freedom to work on new projects and get paid while learning.
Cons
No realistic or specific business plan. Management gets very excited with new prospects and never fully executes. Too many ideas and not enough money to execute. Management will let you work until you drop unless you step away. No stated objectives or marketing plans. Software is overly complex, buggy and difficult to implement.
