Pros

Salary, work life balance exists

Cons

Upper management makes poor decisions, poor communication from the top, decreased engagement survey but failed to address the survey results, maybe they hope people will forget and move on

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working for this organisation

Cons

The most toxic company I have worked for in more than 20 years. The Head of Business Analysis provided no support to her team. I was placed in a BA role in a specialty that I had no experience in and then they wondered why I was not successful. Complaints were not even questioned even though they were totally untrue. Do not even think about working here.

Pros

The investment in creating a workplace that embodies all that it advocates for with customers, allied health, employers and internal team members constantly impresses me.

Cons

Mental health care claims continue to grow, but I’m feeling positive that WorkCover will continue to focus and invest in this area.
