Random layoffs caused workflow to be chaotic at times due to loss of institutional knowledge and staff shortages. Global company with several subsidiaries which are not always in sync as far as corporate policies and standardized processes.

Continuous rounds of layoffs and hiring. Good people have left or been promoted, leaving excessive management and limited resources to actually accomplish anything. No long term vision or strategy since being sold to private investors.
