      A dynamic but not stable workplace

      Very dynamic workplace to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Company doesn't have a clear road map and growth plan , specifically globally and there is no job security for employees across the glob. One day the management decides to expand the global capacity and the other day they decide to shout them down. Company headquarter is in Montreal, so it is so difficult to communicate with technical team due to time zone gap.
