Pros
Fast growing, so they have jobs, even if you shouldn't take them.
Cons
In love with their own ideas, no product hire has ANY authority to influence the roadmap. Product managers are hired to write specifications, NOT to manage the Product. Executive leadership is rude and condescending to team members publicly on a daily basis. TOXIC, yet the CEO seems oblivious to what is going on, with his head in the clouds. I have never been more disgusted by an employer's behavior than I was by WorkLLama.
