Pros

Pay is decent. Some work schedules have flexibility.

Cons

Small Company - Takes on projects that they do not have the expertise to handle Reactive vs Proactive - always operating off balance. Poor or no benefits. Likes to hire independent contractors but treat them like employees. Difficult managers that look only at numbers and not people. The turnover of recruiters is tremendous. Highly stressful and adversarial environment.

Pros

Allow work-from-home capabilities for some workers, interview process was easy and they allowed me to skype interview since I live out of town.

Cons

terrible benefits package (very expensive), time off is far below average (10 days, accrues 6 hours per month), no training, very little communication from management (after my supervisor quit, it wasn't made clear who I would report to), no onboarding process at all, no performance management program, no way to keep track of time off used/accrued
