Pros

1 hr wellness time during the workday to exercise and extremely relaxed dress code were the only two pros available.

Cons

There is no option or support for professional development. They are disorganized and have no regard for making work better. Favoritism runs rampant. They make full time employees clock in and out and work exactly their core hours or they have to make it up with vacation/PTO time. Management openly disdains anyone not considered management. No plan for growth and content with eternal mediocrity. Absolutely no room for advancement unless you're a smoker who can hobnob with management during their smoke breaks.

Pros

Laid back, coworkers are really nice, good benefits

Cons

No acknowledgment, crazy office politics, way too many policies and procedures. Small company, so not much room for career growth. Management seems incompetent, it takes forever to get anything done. Company seems like it is going downhill and had high turnover.

Pros

employer pays for 70% of health insurance; wellness program; 401K with employer's contribution up to 5%; PTO; Unionized; Flex day

Cons

Depending in which department you work, you may or may not be able to use your time off; wellness hour or flex day. Your career depends on your supervisor liking you or not. Some employees can do not wrong and others do everything wrong. Small company (less than 100 employees) who wants to act like a big corporation; this does not work.
