Pros

WFE offers entry level jobs. One of the few places to earn a decent salary in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Air conditioning in building. Restroom access good.

Cons

Managers reward bad behavior to problem causing employees. Little to no financial incentives for hard working employees. Managers are disconnected from the understanding how damaging the gossip is to the work environment. Many co-workers have poor work ethic (they are lazy). CEO & Vice President do not appreciate the hard working & honest employees they have.
