Co workers were ok, and pay was decent

Cons

Everything else about that place was a dumpster fire. Can't trust upper managements words for anything. They never listen to their employees, no matter how much experience they may have. No leadership or training provided. No respect for a working family person. You must answer emails, texts and calls on your work phone at ALL hours of the day and night and are expected to drop everything regardless of what you have planned or scheduled outside of work.

Great salary compensation. Get the chance to be involved in every step of the process in terms of designing automation machinery. Opportunities for advancement, cross-training, and development are available. Start-up culture that allows you to truly make an impact every day you come in to work. Chance to travel all around the country

Cons

Due to the nature of the work we do a lot of the factors that influence the job are based on a client’s operating style. It can be frustrating to have so many variables outside of our control (scope changes, service calls, site preparation, etc.)
