Terrible company

Pros

My coworkers were very supportive and were always willing to help. I had more support from my coworkers than management. My coworkers trained me way better than management did.

Cons

The management is literally the worst. Every week I was getting written up for small things like taking my lunch late or coming in late for my shift. I was so busy and overwhelmed with work, I barely even had time to catch a break. Management has very poor communication skills with employees. Decisions were literally made on impulse or without asking for feedback from the other staff. The workload was insane and the deadlines were so hard to keep up. Management has no flexibility if something gets turned in late or if something doesn’t get done. This company has an really high turnover rate because management can’t get it together. The company overworks their staff for low pay. The insurance is also ridiculously expensive and you are forced to take it if you don’t have insurance.

Cons

Not enough workers, low morale, admin makes their own hours, no help up front, Ask for part-time and they say to wait for more workers, never hires anyone, Overtime is expected, No matter what you are always at fault no matter if it is not your fault, if you have a life outside this place you most likely wont after this
