The subject matter is interesting and the junior staff are really nice and salaries are good for the sector
Cons
Its a really toxic working environment - the CEO is nuts but great news she has just been fired - the finance and resources team tries hard but the Director is totally useless and needs to go - the CEO micromanages everything but then changes their mind frequently and never documents anything - loads of money is wasted on consultants and projects that don't go anywhere and monies to mates !
