What I loved most about working here, is that every member of the staff team was dedicated to the cause and would go above and beyond to support one another. The senior leadership prioritised staff wellbeing, were supportive and ensured stress and workloads were manageable.

Cons

As a small charity, there are limited resources to support all the women with convictions that need support.

A lovely charity with an important cause

Pros

Working Chance was a lovely place to work and it was an honour to work on such an important cause (one which is underserved and not well understood by the general public). I learned so much in my time here, from the mission-specific to the role-specific. I'll take these learnings throughout my career and will be an advocate for people with convictions for life.

Cons

As with all small charities, progression is limited
