Great place, with some provisos

Pros

- Engaging, fulfilling - room for growth, lots of internal promotion - ELT is very receptive to feedback about employee satisfaction - fast-paced, never bored - competitive compensation - great PTO policy - entirely remote (and flexible where you work from) - lots of room to take initiative and have your voice heard in regards to how things are run - not a "coasting" company. high work, high rewards - but mediocrity is generally not tolerated. Neutral: - Health benefits are "middle of the road". I've had both better and worse, but they try to keep pace at least. Would I recommend to a friend? Only close friends who I had confidence in their work ethic. Layoffs always make recommending a place a bit tough - but if I know someone is a standout employee they're much less likely to be affected and I have much more confidence in recommending.

Cons

- Flex-time only available for salaried employees - layoffs are are a possibility and reality with any business... but understanding the need doesn't diminish how unfortunate they are

Pros

I had incredible opportunities to expand my knowledge in different areas of business.

Cons

When covid hit management took full advantage of not having in person intakes. Some social workers went from having case loads of 75 to 150 in a matter of weeks. They were to hire people to transfer some over but for the most part they just stayed on our loads. Whatever operations and marketing wants they get. Does not matter at all about quality of care or minimum standards. They started putting us in unethical situations that thankfully I had enough experience in the field to handle. Their social work supervisor never had a full license when working there and that was a major res flag from the start.they finally do have someone with a full license. They also dis provide group supervision but would not reimburse us the 2 hours a month we needed to fulfill the 50% individual requirement.

Pros

Work from home, good pay, good benefits

Cons

Management is awful. They ignore email after email after email. They play favorites. Patient safety is not a top priority to them.
