Pros

Lots of autonomy and relaxed management - everyday is different and the projects are really fun to work on!

Cons

You get punished by doing your job well and management is super sneaky and tell everyone a different version of things. They tend to save face constantly but telling you what you want to hear and then turning around and working against you. The main boss is also sleeping with another employee from lots of rumors so that makes the environment really political and messy - way too much drama

Pros

This is a company made up of kind, driven people who genuinely care. The environment is incredibly supportive, and the leadership team is committed to continuous growth, always listening, and doing the best for their people. Being family-run, there is a strong sense of responsibility toward employee wellbeing. Hard work and a positive attitude are valued and actively rewarded with real opportunities to grow and progress. There are many brilliant success stories here of people who have embraced those opportunities and built meaningful careers. The company also puts real effort into bringing people together through regular socials and team experiences that encourage connection across the business. A strong culture of feedback, support, and healthy challenge encourages both personal and professional development. Easily the best place I have ever worked.

Cons

The high level of kindness can sometimes be taken advantage of, and in some instances has been known to create complacency and ungrateful team members, Thankfully the company are constantly working to find the most suitable balance in this area.
