Pros

- Flexible timing - None other than that

Cons

- Managers are useless, they wont do anything other than having meeting with higher management and updating their task tickets - Some(Most of them) manager cant communicate in english and will show interest towards you if you cannot speak japanese - Manager dont even invite you team meeting and add you to your team group(at least in my case) - Most of the time you are forced to use google translator because you can't communicate with your manager(also pros, because atleast you are having one-on-one meeting with manager) - Because their so called product HUE failed, now you are forced to work on old product COMPANY, which is using old technologies. for example java 5 and who the heck use pascal these days, and now they are using google drive to share codes not GIT - No salary increment - Most japanese makes fun of foreigner

Pros

Just high salary w.r.t its competitors , and earlier Singapore as a job location was one of its perks but as now it has changed so salary remains the only positive point.

Cons

Inefficient management. Unprofessional behavior. People get fired without any proper notice. The planning committee of the company is worse than a grocery shop. Just think you are a big wig company of japan and a subtle loss in profits they start firing their employees on large and revoke offer letters of freshers Company which you cannot trust. As the day goes by the company is losing its credibility too that too in japanese market. It is known that these companies thrive only because of "japanese use japanese products" ideology and inspite of that the downfall of this company is on an exponential note
