Pros

For this area, a Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM job is pretty nice

Cons

Pay is horrible It's hot in the summer, it's freezing cold in the winter Manager's have no authority, the Employees run the factory Self proclaimed "Managers" pretend to be in charge, until there is conflict then they aren't managers There's a little guy that things he runs the place because he's buddy buddy with the CEO and will do nothing but drive a forklift around and move stuff for not reason, and he things he is part owner.

Pros

Work week is Monday- Friday and Saturday for some people, and the house aren’t too bad at 7:30-3 with option to work overtime.

Cons

Pay could be better, but if your lucky enough to get OT you can make a decent wage.
