      Great Providers but questionable managers.

      Pros

      Great people working shoulder to shoulder in a difficult environment, but with very little reasonable management from above.

      Cons

      After six years and not a single review in writing or otherwise the power hungry health services and nurse managers appeared to be more Narcissistic than the mental health patients we served.
