Pros

Historically good place to work and had its Positives.

Cons

It's difficult to express in writing how a company with so much potential has changed in such a short period. What's particularly disheartening is that some individuals responsible for this decline seem to be receiving senior roles in other Wesfarmers divisions. The Workwear Group appears to be on a predetermined downward trajectory, as evidenced by the poor decisions made by the Senior Leadership team. They let go of numerous high achievers last year, leaving many shocked, especially those at the stores we sold to. It's painful to see those talented individuals move on to greater opportunities, knowing this business did not recognise their worth. Equally concerning is the fact that many customers have also chosen to move on. It’s evident that the brand is no longer under development, with marketing relying entirely on social media and old marketing products from previous shoots. Furthermore, they seem to be the only department that hasn't faced staffing reductions, leading many to question their actual role. I don’t know of a single person looking for a role elsewhere, and unfortunately, one has to wonder if this business will be around in a year or two.

Pros

Nothing I can think of

Cons

Absolutely terrible experience at Workwear Group. Leadership is all talk and no action—they love to preach about values, strategy, and “teamwork,” but when it comes to actually supporting employees or making real improvements, they disappear. Fake enthusiasm and empty promises are the norm.
