Pros
Workwell is visionary, intelligent, creative and high energy. Everyone is all-in. Ideas become reality fast. Everyone is nice, bright and open-minded. No idea is too wild to be considered, whilst the vision is still focused and clear. The company's reputation is stellar particularly in Europe, on both business and tech sides.
Cons
The fast pace of growth means responsibilities are broad -- but this is part of the game :)

Great team, a lot of challenges and responsibilities. The office is actually a super-cozy house. Workwell wants to make employees happy - and they start with their own team.
