      It was a good company to work for. It was monday through friday, we got paid weekly.

      It seemed like we were always falling behind, and trying to double the work at the same time

      Usually other employees are nice and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Management does not keep their word and will offer FALSE PROMISES, just build you up to use you and toss you to the curb when they are done with you!!! Micromanagement. Safety hazards everywhere. Air quality and pollutants… trust issues… most of the management do not know the industry of manufacturing boats or working with fiberglass etc.
